Natural Exfoliators For Skin!

Exfoliation is the process of rejuvenating the skin by removing dead cells from the surface of the skin. Exfoliating (rubbing) not only helps bring light and freshness to your face but also helps your skin stay healthy and supple. If you think exfoliation can only be done in a salon, then you're wrong. It can be done at home too. If you are too busy to go to the salon then we have a solution for you. You can now peel your skin at home with natural exfoliation. To find out what natural exfoliation is, read on ..

Tomatoes: Cut tomatoes in two pieces. Take the lemon and cut it in half, squeeze half the juice of the lemon in a small dish and add a little sugar to the lemon juice. Now cook half of the tomatoes in the juice and rub them with a circular motion on the face and neck. Wash your face after ten minutes. A slight burning sensation may be due to lemon; you can tone your skin with rose water as it will help you close the pores as well as reduce the sensation. It is best suited for people with oily skin and one that easily peels off with tomatoes twice or thrice a week.

Almonds: Did you know that besides being a potential source of nutrition, almonds really make a great face scrub. Yes, soak some almonds in water for a few hours and rub them into a thick paste, mix with milk and peel (scrub) your face with it. The coarse particles will help you remove dead cells from the skin and the milk will nourish the skin making it smoother. Regular peaches with almonds also help in reducing skin color. You can peel your skin with almonds and milk twice a week.

0atmeal: An oatmeal bowl in the morning is the perfect way to start the day. Skin can often look tedious due to the travel and stress lifestyle, to relieve yourself of these drugs can be the best. Regularly peeling your skin is the best way to keep it healthy. Chop some oats and add two tablespoons of milk to form a thick paste. Simmer with this paste for 5 to 7 minutes and rinse with water. Oatmeal exfoliation works well for people with open pores, because oats have properties and agents that help the skin tighten together by making it soft and smooth.

Sugar & Lemon: You want to go for a party and not find your exfoliation in place. At what times can be the best exfoliation? Apply half a lemon juice to the palm of your hand and take a pinch of sugar, rub your hands and start peeling your face in circular movements around the face including the neck area. The combination of sugar and lemon acts as a great natural exfoliator. After rubbing / peeling, you can apply honey coats on your skin, as honey will act as a good moisturizer to keep your skin smooth and supple. Sugar and lemon also help to remove tons.

Sea Salt: Sea salt or 'Khara Namak', which is easily found in India can be a good body scrub. Take half a bowl of herbs and add two to three teaspoons of yogurt to make your exfoliation. Sea salt works as a scrub to remove dead cells and yoghurt will moisturize your skin until it is soft and supple. Remember, don't use this to peel off your skin because it's too hard for your face. You can peel your body with sea salt once a week but remember to be gentle.

Bengal Gram / Besan: Bengal Gram (Besan) is a common ingredient in Indian kitchen. Take a few drops, turmeric powder and milk combine all three and soak your skin for 5 minutes, let it dry for ten minutes and then rinse with cold water. If you have oily skin, you can use lemon juice instead of milk. This beauty drug has been used since the age for instant light and also because it fights skin allergies. Turmeric helps to brighten your face and help your breasts smooth and smooth your skin. It is not recommended for dry skin.

Every time you peel your skin it is important to tone and moisturize it. If you don't have a toner home, you can use rose water or cucumber juice to close your pores and then apply a moisturizer on your face. Exfoliating is not the only solution for beautiful healthy skin but you also need a good diet and good sleep.
