Beautiful skin = lots of compliments = head turning!
Each individual has their own skin type. It depends on genetic, environmental and genetic factors. Diet plays an important role. Occupation affects skin type too. For example, journalists living outside the home often have to deal with harsh sun and therefore need more sun-based moisturizers and good cleaners.
Likewise, people who sit in air-conditioned offices can develop dry skin as cold air causes moisture from the skin to tighten and stretch. In this case a good moisturizing moisturizer and cold cream at night is a must to maintain the light.
TYPE OF SKIN
It is important to find your own skin type so you can choose the right product to apply to your skin.
There are four categories of skin: Normal, dry, oily, combination (dry and oily) and "T-Zone".
1. Normal Skin: This type of skin is smooth in texture, elastic and soft with a balanced oil and water. This kind of skin is translucent and shines! It has small pores. Normal skin requires good care to maintain a soft and light touch.
Recommended skin care: Apply a face scrub, which removes dead cells that are formed, then use a gentle face wash to maintain oil and water balance. Toners should be used followed by lightweight moisturizers, including UVA / UVB sunscreen and antioxidant protection.
2. Dry Skin: This skin feels tight and stretched after washing. It is smooth and develops wrinkles and lines in the early stages. Dry skin has a bit of moisture and sebum.
Recommended skin care: It requires a good daytime moisturizer and a good night cream. Night cream is very important because the skin is relaxing and rejuvenating faster than during the day.
3. Oily Skin: This type of oil is oily and is prone to acne, blackheads, and whiteheads as it collects dry dirt from the surrounding environment. The sebaceous gland releases more sebum than necessary and makes the skin oily. The skin looks younger when you get older as it retains moisture which in turn decreases with age.
Recommended skin care: Oily skin requires regular thorough cleaning to remove dirt, which adheres to the oily surface. Use a gentle foam face foam that removes excess dirt. The next step is to use very light astringents and moisturizers. At night wash your face again with astringent followed by a minimum amount of light moisturizer.
Combination for dry and oily skin types with "T-Zone": As the name suggests, this type of skin is a combination of dry patches and oily patches. The forehead, chin and nose are oily while the whole area feels dry. Oily patches form black heads, white heads and spots.
Recommended skin care: Use strong astringents in oily areas. Use lightweight moisturizers that focus more on dry patches. At night, use a moisturizer in a dry area.
Sensitive Skin: Sensitive skin feels irritable, itchy, itchy and reddish when exposed to harsh environmental conditions such as temperatures above 28 degrees Celsius or temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius.
Recommended skin care: Avoid using soap or face wash. Avoid strong chemical products as they may cause irritation. Wash your face with lots of fresh water. Use gentle moisturizers, sun protection lotions and good night creams.
