Does your company have a laboratory to do all of this, do they have experience, and where would you find a chemist in the country to do all this for you? Are you starting to see the extraordinary capital expenditure required to own your own laboratory and manufacturing facilities? Now you can see why so many of the top companies export these manufacturing products to companies that specialize in custom label making.
There are many more for moisturizers, skin creams, suntan lotions, and skin products. You can't know everything, and that's why you need a good solid laboratory, and the manufacturer behind you. You need someone who can customize a personalized label, a brand-specific container, and just the right product to deliver to your brand's supporters who are willing to pay you big money to meet all their cosmetics needs. You also have the responsibility to do it right, and still maintain profitability.
In this case, outsourcing and contract work. It's not just logic; when you stop and think about it, it's really the only answer. Outsourcing is the solution, now it's your job to implement that strategy. Indeed, I hope you will consider all of this.
