Tips To Remove Acne And Acne Scars In 5 Days

7. ALWAYS protect your face and body parts from the sun. Sun exposure leads to pigmentation of your skin and can also be a catalyst for acne and scars. Use it sunscreen every time you go out and always try to avoid sun exposure.

8. DO wash your face before bed. Remove all cosmetics and other cosmetics before bed, or pimples that are infected which can cause acne inflammation. Use makeup in limited quantities. Use as much natural makeup and herbs as possible.

9. Use a anti-microbial soap to prevent acne formation. Avoid using soaps with oil extracts and others. Keep separate towels and soap for yourself. This will ensure that your skin is free of any impurities and will give you a healthy light.
