For beginners makeup, choosing what to buy and starting from can be really difficult and leaving little room to experiment. Especially now you have to look your best every day, all the time.
It's been days, when the lip gloss is simple and a little shiny is enough to leave the day. It is said that Cleopatra is bathed in goat's milk and honey to look its best. We are aware of the ancient relationship between women and beauty. No wonder the cosmetics and beauty industry are billions of companies! Now you have to look every day the best, every time. The range of hair products, skin lotions, and cosmetics available today is mind blowing. Buying, maintaining and improving beauty products is a costly affair. After all, arrogance comes with a price tag. And all the options available can be very exciting for beginners.
If you walk into a shop like Sephora or Ulta and find yourself overwhelmed, it might be safe to say that you are a bit new to the makeup world. For starters, makeup can be quite intimidating. Today there are many product options available that often make newcomers feel a little confused. "What happen?" "What do I need?" The choices seem endless. And more often than not, you end up buying something that doesn't work for you. Do not worry. Makeup, like many things, involves trial and error and lots of practice, but a little help doesn't hurt. We've put together a "makeup starter kit" for the affordable needs of every beginner to fully dive into makeup.
Primer
The primer, while not always important, will help your makeup run smoothly and increase its lifespan. When choosing a primer, it's important to take into account your skin type. If you have dry skin, you will want something that hydrates and brightens. If you have oily skin with larger pores, you will want something that swallows and blurs.
BB Cream / Foundation
If you are new to makeup, try BB cream before jumping into the base. BB, or "beauty balm," cream gives light coverage and does not feel heavy like some foundation. Overall, they are a great way to get your skin used to the makeup. Like primates, knowing your skin type is important when choosing BB creams.
Hide
Even if you are hesitant to use face makeup for the first time, concealer is a must. Concealers contain more pigment than the base and allow you to close things like black circles or any unwanted blemishes.
Powder
It is important to lock your makeup and make sure it doesn't slip and slide all day. If you have dry skin, you can usually go without it but if you have combo / oily skin, that is important. The most important part of your face to set is the T-forehead, nose and chin zone — as this is the most oil-producing area.
Bronzer
Bronzer allows you to cheat glowing all year long. It is best to apply warm shades in the form of "3" along the sides of your face, hitting your forehead, cheeks, and jaw.
Blush
Blush, when applied properly, adds life to your face. A great way to choose the perfect blush is to choose a color that mimics your natural flush. Peachier tones tend to look better on those with warm skin, while pinks adorn them with cooler skin.
Highlight
This is not a necessary step, but if you want to achieve that beautiful, bright light, you need a filter. Highlighters are light, sparkling champagne or gold powder or golden liquid
Eyebrow pencil
Your eyebrows frame your face and can seriously change your overall look. That's why it's important to keep them neat and tidy.
Eye Shadow Eye
Eye primer is very important if you want your eyes to look great all day. Eye primer prevents your eyeshadows from curls, makes them look more vibrant, and helps them to move smoothly and easily.
Neutral Eye Shadow Palette
Neutral eyeshadows are the most basic and essential thing that requires a makeup starter in their kit. In general, light colors should be applied to the lid, inner corners and forehead, medium to the folds, and darker to the outer and lower corners.
Eyeliner pencil
An eyeliner pencil can bring out the look and really make your eyes pop. Black can be used to add a healthy, smokey effect to your look, chocolate is perfect for everyday definition, and nude can be used on the waterline to really open your eyes.
Liquid or Eyeliner Gel
Liquid eyeliner or gel will add drama and is the perfect product to see your face from day to night. The formula you choose is your priority, but both take some practice.
Mascara
If you can only buy one product throughout this list, mascara is a must. It's amazing what long, full lashes can do for your face. Applying a few layers of cheap mascara to both your upper and lower eyelashes will open your eyes, brighten your face and make you look more confident.
Lip Liner
Lip liners are a great way to define your lips and enhance the longevity of your lipstick.
Lipstick
For beginners makeup, lipstick may be the easiest way to play with different colors and looks. There are a variety of finishes and colors to choose from, and really, everything is experimental!
Lip Gloss
Lip Gloss is a great way to add color and shine to your lips without having to deal with lip maintenance.
