Honey and Turmeric Face Mask
All you need is a bottle of honey (the best organic honey) and a bottle of turmeric from your local grocery store spice. Take one teaspoon of turmeric powder and one teaspoon of honey and mix together in a small bowl or cup. After washing your face with a regular face wash, dry with a clean towel and then apply turmeric face mask. Turmeric fabric is best to do this in the bathroom wearing an old t-shirt and be careful not to drop any paste on the rug!
Apply face masks to your face using a gentle circular motion, wash your hands and leave the mask on your face for about 20 minutes. Honey will most likely drip your face to keep some tissue with you to catch any drops.
After 20 minutes, wash your face with warm water, do another wash with a regular face wash, and then rinse off with cold water to cover your pores.
Honey has anti-bacterial properties and turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties so together they will work to remove impurities from your skin and reduce blemishes. Your skin will feel smoother and slower. Apply this mask twice a week and you will begin to notice that your dark mark fades after only 3-4 weeks.
