Fascinating Tips on Removing Stretch Marks

Stretch marks such as scratches or scars on the surface of the skin have an outer color. It is caused by a rapid expansion of the skin which is associated with rapid growth due to pregnancy or weight gain. And it's usually associated with obesity and pregnancy. It can also develop through rapid muscle growth from regular exercise.

The stretch marks first appear as purple or red lines. The affected area is soft enough to touch. They can appear anywhere in the body, but most often appear where larger amounts of fat are stored. Most commonly found in the abdomen, upper arm, breast, hips, thighs, buttocks and under arms.

Symptoms of stretch are a common result of weight gain, rapid weight loss or pregnancy for some women and men. It's not something you experience physically but many people have a stretch mark to be themselves.

By yourself, you can practice some remedies in leveling the stretch marks. There are several creams that you can apply, which contain vitamin E. Vitamin E contains antioxidants that help rejuvenate the skin. There are also natural oils and sunless tanning creams that you can use.

If not, you can choose plastic surgery. In this procedure, certain parts of the affected skin are removed or simply cut. Then, the remaining skin is pulled closer. You can also try microdermabrasion laser treatment.

The best option to get rid of stretch marks is to contact your dermatologist for the right treatment. Some dermatologists will try skin peeling techniques. Other people will recommend cream. These options are better than any obscure treatment.

Dermatologists may recommend surgery to remove this sign. There are advanced methods now to do this, such as dermatology, chemical skin and the latest treatments.

Brush your skin with a leather brush or loofah while bathing. You can also massage the stretch marks with cocoa butter. Rinse it every night before you sleep with one teaspoon of olive oil. The purpose of this massage is to bring extra circulation and skin growth to your mark and thus lighten the look.

Every morning when you get up and get out of bed, use a donut roller to get your stretch marks and skin ready for the day. It resembles cells and promotes circulatory and collagen growth. Then apply topical cream.

Eat foods high in vitamins A, C and E. You can also take supplements. However, pregnant women should not take more than 25,000 IU of vitamin A. Add supplements or foods such as green vegetables, soybeans, bell peppers, red rice, and beets, all high in zinc. This is great for skin.

Drink plenty of water, at least 8 glasses a day. This will soften the existing stretch marks and prevent new ones from appearing.

As you try out some treatments for treating stretch marks, be aware that sometimes these are hereditary. Some people are more likely to develop stretch marks than others. Therefore, it may be harder for you to get rid of these nasty symptoms.
