Glutathione skin whitening regimens have been widely used in Asia and have been reported as Asia's Most Approved Oral Whitening Cleansers for skin whitening products, and are often referred to as bleaching pills, bleaching caps, bleaching pills or bleaching capsules. There is no question at all as it has been proven that L-Glutathione HIGH HIGH is actually effective in skin whitening as it works by reducing the formation of melanin safely. There are several L-Glutathione preparations on the market but not all of them can guarantee good results.
Glutathione (GSH) is a widely administered method
Oral (by mouth) - GSH is digested or divided into amino acid constituents and they show effects.
Intravenous (with needle) - GSH has a short half-life in circulation.
Intratracheal (through aerosol inhalation) - GSH only affects shortness of breath.
Intraperitoneal (by abdominal wall) - plasma levels of GSH increase but no increase in tissue such as liver, lungs or lymphocytes.
What is the recommended dose for Glutathione?
As a Skin Whitener
- proper calculation DOS INCUBASED DOS
- 20-40mg / Kg BW per day in 2-3 doses divided
As an anti-oxidant / anti-aging:
- 10mg per Kg BW (weight) per day.
- Ex. 50kg men weigh 50kg x 10mg = 500 mg / day
Skin Color & Period:
Simple brown skin - 1-3months
Dark brown skin - 3-6 months
The skin is very dark - 6-12 months
Black skin - 2 years or more
When it comes to the desired skin color, the maintenance dose is: 1 capsule 500mg once daily.
Notes:
- It is best to take it 30 minutes before or after a meal.
- GLUTATHIONE AND VITAMIN C: People taking L glutathione should take Vitamin C two to three times more than the dose of L Glutathione.
- Why is Vitamin C needed? This is to keep L Glutathione in a form that can be absorbed or reduced. This will release the potential whitening effect of Vitamin C s. L Glutathione has no known side effects or interactions although given orally in prolonged use.
- Grape seed extract of 1,000mg extract should be taken, 1cap 2x a day to regenerate the oxidized glutathione to its absorbable form.
- All Glutathione is oxidized when they pass the stomach and become Glutathione Disulfide (GSSG). With the presence of other antioxidants such as Vit C, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Vit E and most Grapeseed Oil Extract (20x Vit C and 50x Vit E), regeneration of Glutathione Disulfide to Reduce Glutathione (Glutathione can be used).
Is there anything to avoid when taking this bleach pill?
- L-Glutathione and its components (Vitamin C, ALA and Grape Seed Extract) can be considered as dietary supplements, they are also called powerful antioxidants. It is not a drug and there are no discrepancies and precautions to consider.
- However, L-Glutathione should not be taken by people taking anti-psychotic drugs and chemotherapy drugs.
- You also do not need to take it if you have recently had surgery or organ transplantation.
