A Basic Regimen To Brighten Up Your Skin Naturally

We are all born with soft, soft baby, and glowing skin. So what happens along the way to reduce light? Over the years, we have been exposed to UV rays, pollutants, impurities, and many harmful substances and substances that cause our skin to lose its brightness and turn dull and dry.

Usually, ignorance enters because of the outer layer of the skin - the epidermis, rearing of dead skin and dirt, unless we periodically remove it. In addition, most women start using makeup around their teenage years, and these cosmetics products clog pores, exacerbating dull outer layers. Blocking prevents the skin from removing carbon dioxide, and it absorbs oxygen, increasing skin light loss.

The basic healthy beauty regimen must include cleansing and toning, combining the face once a week, to allow you to recharge and brighten your skin naturally.

Cleaning:

Wash your face twice daily, with warm water and a good cleansing agent to remove dirt, dead skin, makeup, and oil. If you have oily skin, use a mild soap. However, remember to use the product - whether it is a cleanser or a soap - it must gently remove the debris, but it does not steal any moisture that is important to your skin. After cleansing, the skin should feel fresh, but not stretched. At bedtime, use cleaning products to remove makeup and accumulate dirt.

Tone:

After each cleaning, remember to tone. It restores a healthy PH balance, and helps to close the newly opened skin, preventing the loss of essential oils and moisture. Choose a soothing toner to remove any residual fluid, dirt, or cleansers, and hydrate your skin and restore natural pH balance. If you have oily skin, you need a toner of free oil, and dry skin needs a ton of alcohol free. Choose one that contains natural ingredients including orange peel, chamomile, or coneflower to help brighten your skin.

Additional treatment:

Along with cleansing and air conditioning, provide regular skin repair, pay attention to sun damage, blemishes, fine lines, color changes, and skin. Choose the product that suits your skin type, preferably with supplements such as salicylic acid, alpha-hydroxy acid, green tea extract, Vitamins A, C and E, and so on.

Moisturizing and Protecting:

Your skin, like your body, needs water to survive. Round out your daily skin regimen with natural moisturizer to add moisture to refresh your cells. Effective moisturizers provide the much needed moisture, and form a barrier or shield on your skin, prevent moisture from escaping, and keep dirt and debris from penetrating your skin.

Peel:

The peel removes dead skin from the outer layer of the epidermis. Rub two to three times a week with a face scrub, or a sugar solution. Moisturize the skin and rub the scrub or sugar solution in a gentle motion for about two minutes. Rinse with warm water to remove the mixture.
