5 Steps to a Mini Summer Detox

Step one:

As the season shifts to lighter days and warmer days (not that we have had lately), you may start to think about some types of cleaning, whether for your home or car. For anyone new to cleaning, it can be a scary word.

There is, of course, something positive about moving from weight-loss to comforting foods to lightening more nutritious foods. Not only that, there are more to choose from because the beginning of summer means more mature results.

To start the cleansing process, it's a good idea to start your diet. As well as fruits and vegetables, add a lot of dark green leafy plants. The best way to eat it is in the form of juices and smoothies of fresh vegetables, especially if you are not used to eating fruits and vegetables, most people enjoy smoothies and juices. Food, sugar, caffeine and alcohol facilities are processed.

When you start eating lighter, you will notice the difference. Other bonuses include clear skin, less bloating, better sleep and more energy than you know what to do!

Your challenge for the next seven days:

Regular breakfast exchange for newly created smoothies. You can make your own, which in this case, uses 60% of vegetables like spinach and 40% fruit. Use no more than two pieces. Mix in a little water or 50% water and 50% pure fresh juice, if you prefer a little sweeter. Coconut water is beautiful too. Alternatively, a local juice bar can keep you fresh. Make sure you ask the server to add vegetables if available. Green smoothies may look weird, but vegetables will not affect the taste.

Cut or cut tea and coffee and choose herbal tea, pure water or alternative coffee such as barley, dandelion or chicory. Try something different every time you find something you love. Tip: Get a sample if possible!

Watch out for headaches and feel unwell; believe it or not, this is a good sign. Of course, if you are feeling healthy, this could be a sign that you are either toxic or have purchased something already. If so, stop everything.

With a general yucky feeling, don't give up, this longing will not last. Just know - it's supposed to happen - it's called a healing crisis, you've probably heard of it before - it's true despite a doctor's order. Your body must push toxins through the cells, so yes, expect to feel bad before you feel good. You will feel great when you leave the other party.
