Feminization Hypnosis For Transgenders, Transsexual and Transvestite

Welcome and thank you for taking the time to rest. Your body and mind will thank you. "Thank you!"

Close your eyes and let the grateful, feminine voice spread throughout your body. Feel how it absorbs your cells soaking deeper with each breath.

Let your breath be softer and deeper. Breathe in and out. With each inhale, direct your breath to places of tension and force that hinder the smooth and smooth flow of energy in your body. Fill this place with air. Then, with each breath, feel the tension leave your body. The feeling of all the violence was dissolved. Feel your muscles relax, and enter into a relaxed state. I will now slowly count to three. At three, open your eyes and focus on the place in front of you. Places on walls, ceilings, trees - whatever is in front of you, find a place and keep your eyes open. One two Three. When you focus on the place you choose, let your eyelids get heavier and heavier. Listen to them because they tell you what they want. Again I'll count to three. This time, Relax and close your eyes again. You will appreciate the flexibility this offers more than the first time.

One two Three.

Feel the comfortable weight of your eyes extending to your cheeks, to your nose, to the back of your head, and across your face. Feel how every part of your face feels smooth and even when it enters a state of deep relaxation. "Deepener" Exhale and exhale. Allow your breathing to be slower and deeper. With each breath, take your breath away to the places where the busy mind is in your mind. With each breath, breathe them. Allow no tension, no thought, no guilt and pressure to bother you. It's important to take this time for yourself. This is your time. Nourish your soul. Rejuvenate your body. Relax. Remember: this is your time.

Learn how you can use your breath to achieve perfect health and happiness. Smells the pressure. Breathe in the light. Inhale the pain. Breathe in warmth. Take your concerns. Breathe safely. Inhale tension. Breathe in beauty. Again, let me count to three. Open your eyes at three. One two Three. Focus on the place in front of you again. Feel how fatigue has sunk into your body. The taste of your eyelids fades. Your eyelids are heavy. You want to close your eyes. Listen to your body. Enjoy the calm feeling you feel when you close your eyes. I will now count to ten. As I suppose, I'll take you through the ten stages of relaxation. Keep breathing. With each breath, let the grace of relaxation spread further into your body.

One. Feeling the weight of your shoulder injury.

Two. The feeling melts behind you.

Three. Feel the flow of calm and stretch in every part of your body.

Four. Feel the effect of this substance on your limbs.

Five. Feel your back and shoulders.

Six. Beware of comfortable weight, thanks to a strong sense of relaxation at home.

Seven. Drown down to the ground below you. You're really relaxed.

Eight. Feel the inner peace of the essence of your being.

Nine. You have entered a state of deep tranquility.

Ten. In the weight of relaxation, your heart and mind are so light, they start to float. Feel how your heart and mind are united. Your heart and mind have returned to their true existence and become one, floating safely in your body.

You can replace your old habits with new ones and add as many healthy ones as you want. You are free to change your attitude, reprogram your thoughts, your perspective, your emotions. Whatever changes you want to make, whatever changes, big or small, this is the place to go. Here in your subconscious mind, there will be nothing on your journey. It will be easy.

Watch the bright, bright light enter the room through the cracks in the ceiling. Watch as it extends and launches the perfect circle on the floor. See how it shines, and shines, shaking with a warm, golden red. As you watch you suddenly realize that the light has come to illuminate you. As far as attention goes, the circle will stretch just far and wide to cover the area of your body if you decide

step into it. It came down from an unknown sky. It shines and shines in your honor. It is a longing to illuminate your beauty. Feel the calming heat of the beam bringing fresh and beautiful energy to the room.

This light can absorb, shape and shape new properties and habits. It lets you change your mind. Acknowledge its golden beauty. Through this light, you can redefine your subconscious, the texture of your life. Whatever change you desire in yourself, send your prayers to this light and it will shine and move with all the heavenly glory to achieve it.

Focus on the first point you want to change. Do you want to enhance your beauty? Are you trying to erase anxiety from your mind? Whatever you decide, focus on yourself after the change is realized, and bring this energy into the light. Watch the light change. Color change, in intensity and quality. Watch the reality of shiny transformations through light.

Move on to the next change. What else do you think of your future? A new habit? Different attitude? Focus on your new self, transform and bring this energy into the light. The second watch changes the light, radiates it, fills it with deeper gold, and adds a bright new color.

Explain more changes. Feel free to change anything you have always wanted to change. Here, it will be easy. Here, you are at the source of your being, continuing your love and care. Give yourself the time and attention you need. Draw on the beauty of this light, your light, and send the next thought of change to your heart. Watch the dance of beauty that causes the flow of light. The colors, the light, the warmth, and the beauty, all revolve around and dance happily. Take your time. What more do you want for yourself? Give yourself beautiful eyes, healthy knees, strong muscles, flowing hair, and soft skin. Bless yourself with the power of gratitude and the beauty of independence. Cast your energy into the light and watch it change.

Once you've completed your changes and brought all your new qualities, attitudes, feelings, thoughts and features into the light, as you see each little change bring new colors, textures, structures and movements, be prepared to take a bath.

Step closer to the light. Feel the warmth. Thanks to him. Healthy energy. Point your hand toward the light and feel the effect on your hand. Is it warm? Is he happy? It feels like it's getting rid of your pain and instilling in you new youth and love for yourself and the world. Feel the healing power of soaking through your finger tips and stretching towards your heart. Feel the intimacy of its beauty and warmth. Notice the glittering color under your skin. Her magic is sweeping you.

Be prepared to step into the light. Prepare to receive this heavenly bath and engage in healing, rejuvenating, transformative baths of light. Are you ready? Open your heart. Now, move forward. Already, it flows into you, combining creative energy with your body, enlightening your mind, making friends with your soul. Feel the depth of your consciousness and pour it into the farthest corner of your consciousness.

Any changes you have made will shed some light on the color and frequency of light. They feel a wave of freshness and renewal through your body. Feel how every color, every new attitude, every new beauty you have added soaks into your body and fills your heart with deep and grateful joy. Let your heart, body, and mind absorb change. Let healing, transformative light wash away your pain, your negative emotions, all the defects in your body and mind come to repair. Watch colors come in and feel their power work their magic inside you. When colors transmit waves through your body and integrate them, feel them through many layers of your mind. Feel them clear and change your mind from the subconscious to the edge of your consciousness into a new tower of control that will allow you to lead a life full of beauty, harmony, and peace.

As the colors and many of their features are rooted in your inner core, it reflects the changes you have undergone. As you remember all the different aspects of this important change, you will find a mirror in your mind that reflects change. This is your consciousness, reflecting back on what you have taught. Watch how your subconscious mind, your innermost control center, has accepted these changes as truth and is now firmly programmed to enable you to live the life you imagine. Feel how the colors still shine in you.

The colors and changes they bring to you are a part of you. Feel the beauty of the changes you've achieved. The beautiful rainbow inside you shines throughout your core, and far into the outside world. Feel the change in yourself.

Enjoy this feeling as you have finally become your dream. Believe in the great change and acknowledge it with gratitude and happiness. You feel confident. You are now ready to face a world of waiting for your new self, a world ready to change as you transform. As you feel this confidence, this certainty, is grateful to say goodbye to the fireworks of colors that dance throughout your body. Feel them brighten, lighten, and gradually dance, leaving your body and mind in a state of divine tranquility and complete relaxation.

After a life-changing journey, the moment has returned to your body, to your consciousness, to your shining new self. Inhale. Exhale. Watch your breathing, this beautiful life expression, and the opportunities it has for you. With each exhalation you can expel the negative forces that try to resolve within your body. With each inhale, you can welcome new positive energy, light, and peace. I will now count to five. Notice how with each breath you feel more energized. When you arrive at the end of your journey, you can take a deep breath, rejuvenate, or wake up with the fresh energy you have created and continue your activity as fresh, vibrant and positive. Do you prefer to run away and sleep? Please remove your headphones and turn off the sound. Thank you for taking the time to heal and rejuvenate yourself. Sleeping with the energy you receive from your universe will feel as fresh as a newborn when you wake up. Do you want to be redirected to stay awake? Follow my guess. The only deeper thing is when you get back to a faster state. Two - your senses stretch to the world around you. Three - Feel your finger touching the floor, chair, or any object near you to reconnect with your surroundings. Four of your surroundings are gentle, caring and remember that they will welcome you in the same way you wake up. Five - Start a new existence with gratitude. Say thank you. And now, open your eyes.

Jewelry Care and Cleaning Guide: How To Care and Protect Your Jewelry

Dazzle Special Events with Jewelry!

Care Jewelry means being careful, how you store and clean it!

How to protect and protect Jewelry?

If your jewelry has value to you, it's important that you want to take care of it. Care Jewelry means being careful not to lose it and being careful about how you store and clean it.

When you buy jewelry, any jewelry, from the most expensive jewelry to the cheap costume jewelry, you buy it because it is beautiful. Sparkling metal and glitter, glitter and sparkle appeal to your aesthetic beauty, based on what you can afford. The better the jewelry, the longer you want to wear it, maybe for the rest of your life, and the longer you want to have it like a new light, even if some metal and finish achieve a warm patina with wear. However, what you don't want is a scratched or gouged setting and boring gems. Accidents can happen, but too often the jewelry is damaged by negligence or it doesn't take the seconds it takes to tend to the jewelry.

In most cases, being careful is the only requirement for jewelry. Some types of jewelry, however, require special care because gems may be soft, absorbent, or fragile.

Keep in mind that the harder the gem is and the higher it is on the Mohs scale of violence, the more durable it is generally. At times, hard gems with high or different cleavages are right to be fragile and can break or break if they are hit in the right corner. Therefore, violence is not synonymous with toughness. Hard gems may be soft enough to be easily scratched but less suitable for breaking or crushing. These features have the height in wearing, cleaning, and storing jewelry, and in remodeling.

Metal has the same features. The armed with silver and gold, the easier it becomes. Also, you should consider metal combinations in settings with gems or gems. What may be excellent for cleaning metals, such as sterling silver, may not be the best for gems. You should consider jewelry as a whole, not just metal or jewelery.

These points are tied to the third point: the care you take with your jewelry to protect it from loss, when you wear it and when you put it away for safekeeping. All care in cleaning and storage will not be a problem if you lose your jewelry. The care you need to take in this sense is the precaution you take to make sure you don't lose something you love and enjoy. That's common sense, and it makes sense whether or not jewelry is insured, and whether or not it's worth it. The precautions you need to take with any jewelry you like and that means nothing to you, in fact, simple good sense.

- Jewelry protection

First, think about what you do when wearing jewelry. Rings are a great example of how common sense can prevent loss.

More Rings may be lost through carelessness than any other type of jewelry, as they are more appropriate to wear when worn from pins or necklaces, bracelets or even earrings. So, the number one precaution, if you wear a ring, is to wear it at all times, or be careful with it as you use your money and credit card.

Men and women, incidentally, tend to think of different rings.

- Save and clean jewelry

When you take the jewelry, all the jewelry and not just the ring, what do you do with it? First, you need to have a good and safe place for it. Second, the place must keep the jewelry safe not only from damage but also from damage.

The worst place you can put in a jewelry box that is filled with other jewelry is everyone's favorite, which can be scratched or worse. The best place you can put them is in the case of leather or individual fabrics or bags that will protect each piece from being damaged by other jewelry. If you do not have a separate box of jewelry for each piece of jewelry, at least put each piece in a particular case and do not drop it into the jewelry box.

In most cases, plastic bags are a good substitute for leather or fabric. Plastic, however, cannot be used with pearls, opals, and ivory, which require air to maintain their beauty. Plastic, however, has the advantage of other jewelry because you can easily see the piece of jewelry in the bag. This method, incidentally, is also good for clothing jewelry, which can be easily scratched, if not more than precious jewelry.

Cleansing is also important in maintaining and restoring beauty and glitter with and without gems. Even gold can break down from soap and sweat. Silver can be very bad, although almost all American sterling silver jewelry is coated with rhodium, a platinum element, to prevent aggression. Any other silver used all the time rarely needs polishing either, because wearing a tainted retfix. It still needs cleaning, though.

In fact, every metal may need cleaning now and then to remove dirt, soil, or soap film, such as gems. There are, in general, four methods of cleaning jewelry. While it is safe to clean precious metals and diamonds, they are non-convertible and safe for all types of jewelry. This is the most frequently suggested and used method, but be sure to read more for exceptions and for precautions you need to take with certain metals and gems.

-Detergen Bath. Mix lightly detergent and warm water in a small bowl or cup. Casing jewelry, brushing teeth with brushes. Rinse the underwater jewelry warm, making sure to place the jewelry into a tea filter or cheesecloth pack for safety. Pat dry with a lintel. Do not use for soft gems or enemies of any jewelry, such as ivory or pearls.

- Cold water soaking. In a cup or bowl, combine half the cold water and half the ammonia household. Put the jewelry inside and soak for 30 minutes. Do not stay overnight or for long periods of time. After 30 minutes, remove the jewelry and gently clean the front and back of the setting, if necessary, with an eyebrow brush before licking the jewelry in solution again and drying it dry on the tissue. Do not use soft gems or bound jewelry, such as ivory or pearls.

- Quick turn. Commercial jewelry cleaners usually use a quick dip method. Because the cleaners vary, you should read the instructions carefully and follow them to the letter. Do not apply cleaners on special jewelry that are not specifically mentioned unless you check with the goldsmith first.

- Ultrasonic cleaning. You will find some small machines on the market. In general, the principle is to use high frequency to clean the jewelry in water metal traps and detergents. Again, make sure you read and follow the instructions carefully and do not use the machine on any jewelry not specifically mentioned. Not all goldsmiths, feel that this machine is safe despite the diamonds. So before buying one, make sure you check with your goldsmith and get his advice.

This is then a general rule in general. Specific metals, and gems, require special care. The methods described below are safe for certain metals and will not harm most gems. Keep in mind that some gems require special care. Whenever you have doubts about dry jewelry, be sure to consult your jewelry.

1) Copper

Copper will damage like silver in the presence of moisture and sulfur. However, in most cases, lacquer is roasted to prevent jewelry from contaminating. To clean copper, use any commercial cleaner that determines it is safe for copper. Do not use ammonia, which can corrode copper.

2) Gold

The lower the amount of corrosion, the more gold will be cut off due to the higher percentage of base metal in the alloy. Light soaps, water and ammonia will easily eliminate color changes.

One theory goes that you can prevent gold from leaving a black mark on your skin by spraying gold with hair spray. All you have to do is add material that can add a scent. Keeping your gold clean is the best way to avoid changing skin color. In any case do not use hair spray on any gold with gems.

It's gold. Keep in mind, the gold-colored jewelry is about the same as a gold one that makes up 1/20 of its weight, except that the jewelry will not last as long as the same jewelry in solid gold. Gold-plated jewelry can be cleaned in the same manner as rust gold, with soft soap, and a drop of ammonia.

Gold plated plates. Rolled gold plates may contain less gold than rolled gold, but they should be cleaned in the same way as gold jewelry and gold-plated stainless steel.

Gold electroplate. Although the gold coating deposited by the plating may be 7 to 100 million inches thick, a good gold electroplate can be used as well as gold. It should be cleaned regularly with a soft, gentle cloth, and soap and water solution can be used to remove makeup. Do not use a treated cloth to clean the gold electrodes.

Washes gold or gold. The jewelry is finished in this way containing very little gold. The surface layer is, in fact, so thin that it can be ignored and worn out after several times. Any cleaning, and especially any scrubbing, will remove any finish.

3) Silver

Any commercial silver or silver purifier will touch and clean silver jewelry. Soap, water, and a drop of ammonia will also clean silver that is very lightly stained or just need to clean to eliminate makeup and sweat.

Full of silver. Renew silver jewelry in the same way as sterling. The older the jewelry, however, the more patina will remain. Such patina cannot be removed.

Silver plate (or silver electroplate). Silver plates, unlike gold, can last for years and can be cleaned in the same way as sterling silver. They can be re-coated, if necessary, although refining is more common on silverware than jewelry.

4) Combined metals

Metals, including precious metals, are sometimes combined with other metals and with enamel. Be careful when cleaning metal you do not clean coating or enamel. The same warning applies to vermeil, which is sterling silver with a gold gold electroplate. If you need to sweep, rub it gently with a soft cloth.

5) Gems

Some gems require special care. The care includes both cleaning and storing gems. Be careful with:

Amber. Amber is the softest of all gems and will be scratched by all other gems. Be careful about wearing them and always keep them to yourself. It gradually darkens with age and exposure to light and should be kept in a cloth or leather bag.

Never use coarse clothing or clothing that may have dirt, dust, or scratches on it to clean the amber for its softness. Do not use acid to purify amber or use amber when working with acid as it will break down amber. Alcohol and other solvents usually do not affect amber, unless they are exposed to them for a long time. For this reason, be careful not to leave amber in any cleaning solution, unless very simple. Hair spray and perfume can also affect amber.

Compose. Coral is a bit difficult. Be careful of twigs in both storing and wearing, as the slender twigs are easier to break. Remember, non-mineral coral and its luster can be eaten with preparations used to clean other jewelry.

Diamonds. Diamonds should be kept apart from other gems to avoid scratching other gems. This rule applies to storage and cleaning. One expert recommends boiling diamonds for 10 minutes in soap, water, and ammonia to clean them.

Ivory. Carefully rinse the ivory in soapy water, drying it with a damp cloth. Never soak the ivory in soap and water, however, as soaking can cause it to crack or break. If you are cleaning ivory beads, do not wet them as the strings will remain wet and may affect the beads. Do not use jewelry cleansers or commercial jewelry acids.

Dark ivory with age. It can be absorbed by sunlight or peroxide. When using peroxide, do not soak the ivory in it, and avoid wetting any rope with the ivory beads that are attached to the peroxide.

Keep in mind that ivory is soft and relatively soft, a factor that tends to make it contract or shrink in cold conditions and develop in hot conditions. The combination of temperature, along with soaking and drying, can cause ivory cracks. Carefully wiping with a soft, damp cloth, therefore, may be the best way to clean your ivory.

Jet. The jets, though difficult, are soft and cannot be stored with other jewelry that can stain them. Scratch polishes the polish and reduces the value to the collector.

Lapis Lazulli. Despite its softness, Lapis Lazulli wears well and is popular for men's jewelry and especially men's rings. While it may be early, scratches are not difficult for a good goldsmith to clean.

Malachite. Malachite is soft and not hard like a jet. They are easily damaged and should be used with care. It also scratches easily, losing its polish. Carefully apply it to your skin, which can cause dark or black malachite.

Moonstone. The softness of Moonstone means that it needs care. The moonstones need to be stored separately and carefully cleaned with very soft cloth and soap and water.

Opals. All types of opal are fragile and require care, most care of any other gem. Polished stones are usually thin and may crack or go crazy. One of the reasons is that it is very cold weather, indirect sunlight, in hot water, or when handling frozen foods. Cold weather can also cause opal to shrink, which means they can fall off the setting. Due to their tenderness, they are easily scratched and may absorb dirt or nuts, another reason to avoid water and be careful about cleaning it.

Opal contains water, sometimes as much as 10%. Therefore, they may be dry. For this reason, some experts recommend leaving it in water, in a mixture of water and glycerin, or in mineral oil to prevent them from drying and losing their fire, when they are not in use. Use only one soap solution and a soft cloth to clean it. Do not put opal in a plastic bag, commercial jewelry cleaner, or acid.

Pearl. Both Oriental and cultured pearls are pure pearls and require some special care. Cosmetics (including hair spray), dust, dirt, and especially sweat can affect pearls. They should be carefully wiped with soft clothing after wearing and stored in satin-coated boxes, never in plastic bags. Due to their softness, cars need to be taken not to scratch them. Pearls should be worn and allowed to breathe. Do not use commercial or acid jewelry cleaners to clean them.

Peridot. Peridot scratches easily and tends to lose its luster. It should be stored and used carefully but no special cleaning is required.

Topaz. Topaz should be kept in the dark, literally. Gems tend to fade or pale in light, and some of the yellow topaz on display at the museum have changed dramatically over the years. Remember, it's easy to solve. It does not require special cleaning methods.

Turquoise. Because turquoise is so porous, it will absorb all impurities, especially if it is exposed to dirt and grease, such as working in the yard or washing dishes.

Turquoise tends to change with age. It can be lightening, darkening, or irritating. According to the old wife's story, burying turquoise in the dirt removes the color, but the advice does not say how long or how much dirt may be absorbed. You might want to learn to appreciate the color change.

Never expose turquoise to ammonia, which will damage the surface by pitting or spotting. Jewelry and acid cleaners will also hurt or destroy turquoise.

To summarize, one of the best ways to clean jewelry is to use soap, water and a drop of light ammonia, although ammonia cannot be used with certain gems. Commercial jewelry cleaners can also be found in fine goldsmiths, and these are also safe, for most, but not all jewelry. It is best to read the instructions at any commercial cleaner carefully and follow them.

When in doubt about cleaning any jewelry, ask your goldsmith what he or she recommends. Remember, the watchmaker is not a goldsmith. For expert advice and assistance, you will need a jeweler who knows metal and gems, as in some cases you may want to bring the jewelry to the jeweler for cleaning.

Traveling in Retirement - What to Take With You On the Road

One of the great discoveries when you enter retirement is that you now have time to travel. Maybe you've been traveling for the rest of your life. But many of these trips may be work related, and what is not a trip to work may have been hasty and stressful, or worse, a "bus, off the bus" group trip. None of these trips will give you a lot of ideas about a glorious and exciting journey when it is unrelated to work, rush and stress, or group bonding.

Now, as you enter your travel period, your questions may become more urgent. You have a list of your travel buckets to reach, and you know it's important to carry on your travel adventures while you're still energetic and agile. Of course your question might start with: "Where do I go?" Next, you might ask: "Will I be traveling independently or in groups?" Then you ask: "How do I plan my trip to make it a memorable and memorable experience?" And maybe the next question is: "What will I take with me?"

Each of these questions leads to its own issues and considerations, all worthy discussions. This article will focus on what to take with you on the road. While what you have to take with you may seem a little daunting compared to others, it can actually have a high impact on the fun and success of your trip. Being a good travel expert will be of great benefit and make sure you enjoy your trip as you take it. Decide to become a member of this, and you'll be a happy traveler. If travel is an important part of your way of life, you need to get the best out of it.

A good way to think about what to take with you on the trip is to get your own good expertise on how to live a comfortable life in your own home. It is typical to provide a home in terms of function, create an orderly and comfortable environment where you have the means to meet your needs and achieve the basic tasks you face in your daily life.

At home, you are ready not only to dress in the morning, but also to serve you in other important functions - take a strong path, dress to go to the theater, stay warm when you take a boat ride on a cold evening . If you need to clear your head from congestion, you just need to go to your medicine cabinet to find your antihistamine. When you're thirsty, you head to the fridge door for ice water to stay hydrated. On days that are too beautiful to eat inside, you take out your table cloths and picnics, and go to the garden or out to the backyard of your home.

At home, not only do you have everything you need, when you need it, but you also know where to find it. The clothes hang in the closet and the pants are on the shelves. Socks and underwear in drawers and shoes on your shoe rack. The plate is in the cabinet, the appliance is in the drawer, the antihistamine is in the medicine cabinet. A place for everything, and everything in its place.

If everything looks so easy at home because you've gathered and organized your stuff based on it function, the same thing applies to traveling comfortably. Start with what you want to be able to do, listing the functions you need to carry out your journey. Then decide what you need to bring with you to support each function, and where you will store it so you'll know exactly where to look for it when you need it. Think about it function, no packaging list, and you'll find that you already know how to do it.

The functions you need to perform during your trip include preparing to:

  1. Dress comfortably, for cold and warm days, sunny and rainy weather.

  2. Road many miles a day, including hills and hills, and possibly across rocks.

  3. Navigate your travels, with maps, important information, and detailed travel plans.

  4. Manage your money, credit card and passport securely.

  5. Access critical travel documents, including passports, aircraft and trains, confirmations, addresses and phone numbers, taxis and drivers, and dinner reservations.

  6. Communicate and keep in touch.

  7. Use and refill electronics, switch to the power system in the country you are about to visit.

  8. Stay healthy for the duration of your trip, be prepared to handle a variety of physical challenges without missing a day.

Taking each of these functions separately, here are some guidelines on what should be in your suitcase, keeping in mind that everything you take as long as you need to carry or drag, ride and ride trains, ups and downs, and sometimes cross the gemstone. If your destination is Costa Rica, you might find yourself hauling your bag to the steep mud banks for a boat ride that takes you to the river or across the lake.

Be prepared to dress comfortably for the cold and warm, sunny and rainy weather

Avoid wearing too much or too little clothing. While traveling, you'll want to feel good about how you look. So get some of your favorites. Don't bother to stick with neutral unless this is your personal taste and style. Spend the colors you like, but keep in mind some of the ways to put them together and lay them one by one.

A good rule of thumb is to divide the number of days you will spend in three, and take on a lot of clothes, all you like. Of course, you can combine it further by counting on a skirt or a pair of pants as part of a variety of outfits. For women, get some scarves and necklaces to mix them up a little. Or, better, plan to buy this during your trip.

Put the blouse and shirt in the packaging so you can move it to the drawer or closet as a unit, and interrupt only the items you use. This way, part of your repacking will be cut off when it's time to move on to the next stop. Skirts and roll pants and wrap them so that they form a layer that is clearly visible in your wardrobe. This will allow you to find and remove your options while leaving the rest uninterrupted, saving you the time of repacking.

Take any extra pieces you need to dress in layers and be comfortable in both warm and cold weather. Of course, bring a sun hat and umbrella. Every day of the trip is a precious time. You don't want to be left out by the sun or the rain. Choose clothes that aren't wrinkled or that won't show wrinkles, with a preference for textured or mixed fabrics, not synthetics.

Pack in enough pants for a week, in a zip pocket, of course, and plan on doing the laundry. Even if you do not have a washing machine in any of your accommodation, it is an easy task to fill the bathtub with water and liquid soap or shampoo, and wash your clothes that way, hanging them to dry your room. To prepare for this function, bring along a small container of liquid soap and a cloth wrap that is designed to be used without pin wear. Keep these laundry items together in their own zip-lock bag so you can put your hands on them.

All of these pre-organization clothes will make your demolition and repacking go quickly, so you'll have more time to be where you are.

Get ready to walk a few miles a day, including hills and hills

Travel your tires quickly. You will walk farther, and on a more varied and challenging surface, than your home custom. Take a few pairs of comfortable walking shoes to keep your feet happy during your trip, and change your shoes regularly. Happy feet make a happy journey.

Spend the money you need to buy comfortable shoes, with memory foam to ensure equal pressure distribution to the feet, and anatomical footwear to relieve stress and friction. And make sure at least one pair of shoes you have has a heel covered and securely fastened with a Velcro cover or cover. When you walk up and down steep hills and steps, slip-ons can be treacherous.

Get ready to navigate your journey all day smoothly

Bring with you the complete set Day Pages with the details of your day trip. This will be "your ace in the hole" - an essential ingredient for a smooth and stress-free trip. They will provide structure to your journey, and optimize how you navigate each day, always knowing what's coming, with all the addresses, phone numbers and closing times you need, all in one place.

A good set Day Pages including orienteering instructions so that each of your new destinations can quickly learn your way. This includes a small Google-map walk, starting at your hotel door. Their goal is to help you get your cushions fast, including where to find your own local bakery, wine shop, fresh market, deli, and café, as well as nearby ATMs.

Be prepared to handle your money, credit card and passport securely

Money management is an important function when traveling. You need to have a system for securing money, credit cards, and passports securely, as well as having easy access to them. While traveling in other countries, exchange enough cash before your trip to get you started when you arrive. Then use an ATM machine to supplement your cash supply as needed. Plan to use an ATM and debit card machine that minimizes foreign exchange fees, with a bank ATM machine being the best option.

Contact all credit and debit card companies before you leave to give them a notice that you're traveling so that they won't decline your transaction. Make a copy of your card and passport, front and back, so you can report any theft or instant loss. Keep a copy of this paper in a separate place from your card.

Be prepared to access all critical travel documents

You need to be able to access your critical travel documents quickly - be prepared to locate and board your train and present your ticket to the conductor as needed, to contact your hotel and provide the address to your taxi driver, and for all additional critical connecting points of your trip. This means you need all your travel documents where you can find them without delay, including passport and insurance tickets, plane and train tickets, hotel and travel confirmations, addresses and phone numbers, taxis and drivers, dinner and concert reservations .

To keep your travel documents in order, buy a zipper passport and always return your passport - your entire trip - no exceptions. Use clear plastic sleeves for travel and accommodation information, ensuring that the necessary information is visible through the front, for easy access even in the rain.

Use accordion folders for train tickets, vouchers, confirmations and bookings. Create a separate portfolio for each future destination Day Pages, and another for those days that are ready. Get empty coupon holders for receipts, and small journals to keep track of them. The key is to get organized and stay organized. This will reduce stress during your trip.

Be prepared to communicate and connect with the right phone

It has become easier to communicate abroad now. An existing country SIM card to install on your iPhone. Or, alternatively, you'll be able to buy a low-cost mobile phone, complete with a country SIM card and usually a few minutes free. "Withdrawing" your cell phone minutes as needed is something that is easily stopped by a newsstand. If you plan to use your smartphone and install a country SIM card at your destination, make sure you unlock it before you leave.

Organizing your communication during your trip is important so you can stay in touch when you're apart from your travel buddy or decide to go in a different direction. You also need to contact the hotel, make reservations for restaurants and tours, and call a taxi when you need it.

To keep track of all your communications equipment, including charging a cable and portable power bank, set up a zippered bag or large zipper bag for this purpose only. These are items that can easily be lost in a suitcase, or left in a hotel room. Before leaving each location, check the designated communication bag to make sure everything is in place before you leave.

Ready to use and refill electronics

Rewrite the zippered plastic bag for everything you carry related to electronics. In this pocket, insert all the power adapters, converters, charger cables, connection wires and the various sockets you need to maintain your electronic function throughout your trip. Make sure all of these wires are neat and compact with rubber bands. And, again, check your electronic bag before you leave each hotel to make sure nothing is left out.

Be prepared to stay healthy for the duration of your trip

Another zip pocket should be dedicated to everything you need to stay healthy, inside and out. Take your prescription drugs and supplements. Also bring a supply of cold medicines, Tums, pain medications, and other medications that you may need. Take foot powder for sore feet, Band-Aids and Neosporin for various defects, and lotions to protect your skin. Depending on your destination, also spray and / or sunscreen. Last but not least, take a bottle of melatonin to overcome jet lag and to regulate sleep disruption caused by changes in time or unidentified sleep disorders. Put these items in a zip-lock bag to reduce packing and save space.

Traveling can be stressful. You may experience blisters, various aches and pains, or pumping. By choosing a selection of items to address the various possibilities, if you need them, you will be prepared to prevent minor complaints from slowing down.

Some additional advice

Any comfortable home needs storage space. This is also true when your home is your wardrobe. During your travels, your storage space will definitely not be in the clothing bag you carry with you every day. Keep everything you need with you. But lighten your load when you can. Yes, this will affect money, but not as much as you think. And you're worth it!

Set zipper for mail supply - on minimum packing tape and address label. Then, periodically, when your luggage starts to take care, mail home the box. Buy a box at your local post office and get one big enough to do something good. In this box you will find everything you don't need during your trip - the Last Day Book, brochures and booklets, comfortable shoes, books you have read, treasures and gifts you bought along the way. Tape it all and give it to yourself.

The advantage of giving yourself a ride is worth the cost. Each time you lighten your load, you will feel your load lifting. And of course, you'll free up space for additional treasures you might find along your way.

As you enter your prime time for travel, what you take with you, and how you organize it, is crucial to the quality of your travel experience. Before you leave, review the list of tasks you need to do on the go to make sure you're ready to go. And then you die!

Introduction

With different colors, styles and variations, young or old, male or female, hair plays an important role in a person's image.

Although advertising for "hair-raising" products is almost always male-oriented, it may appear that women do not suffer from alopecia. The reality is that more than two-thirds of women face the challenge of losing hair at some point in their lives.

Many women find this very annoying, probably more so than men. In addition, women's physiology is unique, and factors such as menstrual cycle, pregnancy and menopause are very important.

For some women, hair loss can be genetic; However, many causes of women's hair loss can be treated.

Without a doubt, women's physical appearance depends on their hair. For many women, their hair is a sign of youth and fitness.

Hair Structure:

The outer part of the hair, called the trunk, is the part of the hair we see and style. In fact it is a dead tissue produced by hair follicles, a small bag-shaped structure located inside the scalp. Each hair is included in the follicle.

The average head has 100,000 hairs. At the base of the follicle are oval-shaped roots, which are responsible for hair growth. Below this is the papilla, which contains blood capillaries that supply blood to each hair.

As hair grows, the cells move to the surface of the skin and become a protein called keratin, replaced by new cells. Keratin is the same protein found in nails.

The stem consists of 3 layers: the cuticle, the cortex and the medulla. The cuticle, or outer layer, is made up of small cells known as scales. The cuticle acts as a case for the cortex, the thickest part of the stem, consisting of cells arranged in the form of tobacco leaves. The cortex holds a pigment that gives her hair color. The medulla is made up of cells in the shape of a case and lies in the center. The space between the cells in the medulla affects the light emission in the tone and hair.

Glands and muscles

Her hair is lubricated by the oily secretion of the sebum gland, which is located in the most part of the follicle. Around these glands and their entire follicles, there are muscle arrays that allow the hair to stand up when a person is cold or scared.

Growth cycle

The average head has 100,000 hairs. Hair grows and renews regularly. On average, 50 to 100 hairs fall daily. If there is no problem, this loss will most likely be lost.

Hair grows about 1 cm a month, although this growth is decreasing as we age. Every hair on your head stays for about two to six years, and over time it grows. As the hair grows older it enters the resting stage where it stays in the head, but stops growing. At the end of this phase hair fall. Usually, follicles replace hair within six months, but many factors can interfere with this cycle. The result may be that the hair falls off sooner or later. Usually 90% of hair is in continuous growth (anagen phase) lasting 2 to 6 years. 10% of the hair is in a resting phase, which lasts about 2-3 months. At the end of this stage it is common for hair fall (telogen phase).

When hair falls it is replaced by new hair from the hair follicles, located under the skin. During one's life there are no new hair follicles. Blonds have the most hair (140,000 hair) followed by dark hair (105,000) and red hair (90,000). As we age the hair growth rate decreases, leading to progressive hair thinning. Because hair is made up of proteins (keratin), and this ingredient is also in nails, it is important that everyone swallows or eats a large amount of protein to maintain healthy hair production. Protein is found in meat, chicken, fish, eggs, milk, cheese, cereals, nuts and soy.

Main reason

Androgenetic alopecia is the most common cause of hair loss. It is mainly determined by 3 factors: aging, hormones, and offspring.

Most people experience hair loss as they age. The result may be partial or total baldness. Men are more likely than women to experience baldness and hair loss as they age, but "female baldness" can also be inherited, which can lead to moderate or significant hair loss in women as they age. Hair loss seems to be between the ages of 25 and 30. In women's hair loss, the hair is replaced by thinner and shorter hair. Hair may be transparent.

Usually, hair loss in women is less obvious than in men. Also, the pattern in which the hair falls out is different. It is the most prominent part of the hair, as well as the crown of the head, besides the frontal hairline. It is inherited from both father and mother.

About 50% of women with hair loss have "baldness". In this case there is a large amount of dihydrotestosterone (male hormone) in the hair follicles. Conversion of testosterone to DHT is regulated by the 5-alpha-reductase enzyme in the scalp. Over time, the action of DHT lowers, and shortens the growth phase of follicles (Anagen). Although the follicles are technically alive, they grow less and less each time. Some follicles simply die, but most become smaller and thinner. Because the Anagenic Phase remains so short, the hair gradually flows and falls so smooth that it can no longer hold the hair every day. Baldness turns into long hair, thickly pigmented into thin, clear and light hair. However, the sebum gland attached to the follicle remains the same size and continues to produce the same amount of sebum. While medical treatments (flutamide, cyproterone or spironolactone) can reduce male hormones, reduce sebum glands, and reduce the production of these hormones in sebum can cause less damage.

There are also factors of resistance to baldness. In essence, the immune system begins to target hair follicles in the field of alopecia. Male hormone (DHT) increases during puberty begin this process.

Secondary cause

A variety of factors can cause hair loss, usually temporary, in women:

Birth control pills

The pill contains two substances, synthetic estrogen and progestin. Women who experience hair loss while taking contraceptive pills are more likely to have progressive hair thinning. This can be accelerated by the effects of male hormones that have several progestagens. If this happens, it is advisable to switch to another type of oral contraceptive. Also, when a woman stops using certain oral contraceptives, she may see hair loss 2-3 months later. It lasts about 6 months and usually stops. It is similar to hair loss that occurs after childbirth.

Iron deficiency anemia

Iron deficiency causes hair loss in men and women. However, in women, this problem is more prevalent, especially in those with long or heavy menstrual cycles. Iron deficiency can be easily detected by analysis, and corrected by medical treatment.

Diet

Low protein diets can also cause hair loss, such as low iron intake. Vegetarians, people with low protein diets, and patients with anorexia nervosa may be deficient in protein. When this happens, the body helps preserve the protein by moving the hair growth to rest. This can result in heavy hair loss about 3 months after the hair growth enters the break. When the hair is pulled, it comes out easily at the root. This process can be reversed with medical treatment, which requires adequate protein intake.

Post-partum

Some women lose significant amounts of hair 2-3 months after giving birth. When a woman gives birth, too much hair enters the rest phase. 2-3 months after she can see a lot of hair in the brush or brush after brushing her hair. Hair loss can last about 6 months. The problem is, in most cases, resolved after appropriate medical treatment. Not all new mothers will experience this, and not all women will experience hair loss with every pregnancy.

Pressure and illness

You may lose hair 1-3 months after stress, such as major surgery. High fever, infections, severe or chronic illnesses can also lead to hair loss.

Thyroid disease

Inactive or hyperactive thyroid can cause hair loss. The disease is diagnosed by clinical symptoms and laboratory tests. This case requires special handling.

Medications

Some medicines used in cancer chemotherapy cause hair cells to stop their part, causing fragile, more fragile hair to break easily as they arise from the scalp. This phenomenon occurs 1-3 weeks after the start of anticancer treatment. Patients can lose 90% of their hair. In most patients, hair grows back when anticancer treatment ends.

Also, many popular medicines can cause hair loss.

Cholesterol-lowering drugs: clofibrate (Atromis-S) and gemfibrozil (Lopid).

carp for Parkinson's: levodopa (Dopar, Larodopa).

Anti-ulcer drugs: cimetidine (Tagamet), liquid (Zantac) and famotidine (Pepcid).

Anticoagulants: Coumarina and Heparin.

Anti-crazy agents: Allopurinol (Loporin, Zyloprim, Zyloric).

Anti-arthritis: penicillamine, auranofin (Ridaura), indomethacin (Inacid), naproxen (Naprosyn), Sulindac (Clinoril) and methotrexate (Folex).

Eritative Vitamin A: isotretinoin (Accutane, Roacutan) and etretinato (Tegison, Tigason).

Anti-convoy / antiepileptic: trimethadione (Tridion).

Anti-depressants: tricyclics, amphetamines.

Beta blockers for high blood pressure: atenolol (Tenormin), metoprolol (Lopressor), nadolol (Corgard), propranolol (Inderal) and timolol (Blocadren).

Anti-thyroid: carbohydrate, iodine, thiocianato, thiouracilo.

Another anticoagulant, male hormone (anabolic steroids).

Alopecia Areata

Common diseases that result in hair loss on the scalp and other parts of the body. It affects men and women of all ages, but more often youth. Affected follicles significantly reduce their hair production. They become very small and produce invisible hair. These follicles are in a state of relaxation, and can at any time resume their normal activity after receiving the signal. Some people build just a few balconies that return to normal within about a year. Some people lose all the hair on their head (alopecia totalis). In others all body hair is lost (universal alopecia). It is believed that alopecia areata is an autoimmune disease in which the body mistakenly produces antibodies to the hair follicles (autoallergic). Anxiety and anxiety can trigger illness or prevent it from healing. Treatment includes injecting cortisone, or by using Minoxidil, cyclosporin, steroid cream or Anthralin to the affected area. In selected cases, UVA treatment, or the use of dilute peppers in the wound is used to produce allergic eczema to stimulate the follicles to relax.

Tinea / wrinkle

Fungal infections of the scalp. Small patches can cause hair loss and loss.

Improper hair care

Many women apply chemical treatments to their scalp, such as coloring, highlighting, and perm. Chemicals can damage the hair if done improperly. Hair becomes weak and fragile when these ingredients are used too often, leaving too long, bleaching earlier, or when two or more procedures are performed on the same day. If the hair becomes too porous and tedious with excessive exposure to chemical treatments, it is advisable to postpone this treatment until the hair is restored. Shampooing, brushing and brushing are necessary for proper hair care, but if done too much or improperly can damage the hair, cause it to break in the stalk, or cause split ends. You can use conditioner or hair products after shampoo to reduce the power required to comb your hair and make it easier to manage. When there are split ends, and hair that is difficult to comb, it is advisable to use hair repair products with silicone serums. Excess water cannot be dried and rubbed hard with towels. When the hair is wet, the structure is more fragile, and brushing or brushing teeth should be avoided. Forget the old suggestions for brushing or brushing too much, as they damage the hair. Use a brush with different teeth and a thin, bristly brush (preferably a wild boar brush). Hairstyles that require tension on the hair such as curls and braids should be replaced with loose hairstyles to avoid a continuous pull that can result in hair loss, especially on the scalp.

Topical Treatment

1. Minoxidil. Is a vasodilator agent orally used in the treatment of hypertension and is now widely used in treating various types of alopecia. In general, 1 ml of lotion is used twice daily (every 12 hours) for dry hair, as moisture improves product penetration several times. Works best on younger men than women (20 years old), especially for those with mild hair loss (thinning) on the crown, or 3-4 cm small bald patch, but also works for receding hairlines. The response to Minoxidil varies from person to person. Treatment should take 2 to 5 years. The scalp will start to grow more hair than small thinning hair. Minoxidil causes hair to grow thicker and healthier. The result is better for people with less than 2 years of hair loss. Most see fuzz grow in the first few months. Some experience hair loss after the first application. This is because old hair must fall in order for new hair to grow. Positive results can be seen in 4-8 months, although the maximum effect of Minoxidil is between 12-14 months.

2. Pyrimidine N-oxides. A general class of hair tonic similar to Minoxidil (2.4-Diaminopyrimidine Aminexil-3-oxide). Results in over 250 men and women included 8% hair growth after 6 weeks of treatment, compared to a decrease in placebo hair growth.

3. Tretinoin. Has been used for many years in acne treatments. It is also a hair tonic in the appropriate dosage, especially in combination with Minoxidil. If taken together, use Minoxidil first, wait for it to dry (usually 15-30 minutes) and then use Tretinoin. Tretinoin should only be used at night. A slight irritation to the scalp is expected, especially at the beginning of treatment.

4. Topical Estrogen. Diabetes or progesterone solutions can be used daily for 6-12 months.

5. Natural treatment. There are many treatments with vitamins, amino acids sulfur (cysteine, methionine, tiazolidin carboxylic acid), minerals (zinc) and plant extracts (Indian horse chestnut, calendula) which are helpful as supplements and promote healthier hair. Sulfur favors the formation of keratin, a protein that gives structure to the hair. The plant extract acts to stimulate circulation and revitalize the hair follicles. Zinc gluconate is astringent and reduces sebaceous secretion by preventing DHT production when used topically. Amniotic fluid and tricosacarides hydrate and stimulate follicles.

6. Other. Recently, lotions containing superoxide dismutase (a copper peptide ligand) have been used to strengthen and activate hair growth. This is based on the fact that there are chemicals in the body that send signals to the hair follicles to initiate the Anagen and telogen phases. In this sense, the focus is on the telogen (rest phase) phase, while the nitric oxide causes the hair to enter the anagen (growth) phase. Clearly, treatment should stimulate nitric oxide levels and reduce superoxide radical levels used in superoxide dismutase and antioxidant agents.

Oral treatment

Androgenetic alopecia is not caused by vitamin deficiency, it is recommended that the addition of certain amino acids sulfur (arginine, cysteine), vitamins and minerals (biotin, iron, folic acid) help with dietary capillaries, reduce fat, and promote synthesis of proteins that give structure to the hair (keratin ). Many of these compounds have antioxidant action.

DHT is an androgen (male hormone) that competes for a place in hair follicle receptors. If the follicle receptor is occupied by another agent, DHT cannot enter the hair follicle and therefore does not cause aggressive action. The problem is to prevent DHT in other parts of the body's signs of feminization can be shown in men. On the contrary, for women this block is less problematic.

"Zinc affects the hormone levels when taken orally and inhibits DHT production when used topically.

"Espirolactona. It is used as a diuretic. It is one of the most powerful antiandrogens. Reduces DHT, a hormone that causes hair loss. Also can be used topically, which is not absorbed and does not produce any internal effects. It is used in doses of 50 to 100 mg. It can change the menstrual cycle and improve bleeding in some patients, but is usually well tolerated.

"CPA (cyproterone acetate) is a derivative of anti-progesterone with antiandrogenic effects, used to control androgenetic alopecia in women only, not used in men, used in combination with ethinilestradiol. For at least 12 months and often takes 2 years to repair. It is best to start treatment within the first two years of the onset of alopecia and stop hair loss and improve hair quality.

"flutamide, another antioxidant shown for women. The treatment lasts for 1-2 years.

"Antioxidants Other Ketoconazoles are antifungal agents with antiandrogenic properties. For men treatment can be very effective with Finasteride, a drug commonly used to treat prostate hypertrophy.

Cosmetic treatment

Cosmetic treatments include creative hairstyles, wigs, and hair transplants. To reduce the visual impact of thinning hair, a disguise method can be used.

Keeping the hair short, will make it look less patched. This will also make it easier to maintain. Longer hair produces bunches and locks of hair, showing large areas of scalp.

A skilled hairdresser can disguise thinning hair in certain areas. If hair is thin at the hairline, hairline and extends to temples, ask your hairdresser to cut your hair short in the front, and allow it to stay longer at the temples.

If your hair is thinner on the crown of your head, be sure to have short, long neck hair. Long hair is heavier, and it pulls hair, separates it from the crown and shows more bald areas. If you still have thick hair on the roof of the head, leave it long and close the bald head.

If the hair is very thin it is harder to cover the area of alopecia. You can try fiber permits to increase hair volume.

If you have dark hair, you can try to lighten it slightly to reduce the difference between the hair and the other scalp, making the skin less noticeable.

The only cosmetic trick that can be used on women is to apply a little shade of hair, on the scalp over the thinning hair area. This is harmless and can make your hair thinner.

Finally, do not use products that make tuff or hair locks together. This makes the scalp space look easier.

Proper shampoo

Keeping your hair clean helps maintain the health and beauty of your hair. Frequency of washing and washing for each individual is an important factor and should be recommended by a dermatologist. In the case of oily hair accompanied by thinning hair, it is often washed as it reduces the fat on the scalp. It is important to have clean and oily hair, as sebum contains high levels of dihydrotestosterone and testosterone (male hormones) which can be absorbed into the skin and affect the hair follicles. In cases of dandruff and oily hair it is frequently washed if it is best to switch to shampoo treatment for regular use. With this shampoo, you need to wash your hair twice, and the second time leave it for 2 -3 minutes without rubbing it. The tooth must be wide and separated. Avoid metal brushes. If the hair is split (tricoptilosis) it can be repaired with a silicone-based polymer repair serum, which acts as a patch on the split ends.

Conclusion

Hereditary hair loss cannot be cured, but it can be controlled, and treated better quickly. There are currently no perfect treatments for androgenetic alopecia, but there are drugs that stop hair loss and prolong the life of the hair follicles.

We must consider hair treatment now and in the future as hair needs living hair follicles. With malignant follicles it is miniature and dies after 5-10 years. With any treatment, you will get better results with more living follicles. Many other hair problems are temporary and can be treated by dietary measures and other measures. In this case, good dietary habits and taking vitamins, minerals and antioxidant supplements help stop hair loss and resume normal growth after a few months. For more information on hair loss, consult your dermatologist, as skin diseases include hair and nail diseases. Don't be influenced by ads for "hair tonic" or by hairdressers.

Dear Addiction, Letter from a Mother- Part 2

Dear addiction,

A lot has changed since I last wrote ....

As I look back on last year, I remember taking my son on a cold recovery day in February. There are no preparations for dropping a son or daughter in a rehabilitation center. Parents drop their kids off at a friend's house to sleep or camp, taking them to their first day of class. I remember taking Eric to school 14 years ago. I have a "lump" in my throat. I can tie my eyes. Worry - Is he ok? I can't believe she'll be gone all day. Is he ready? What if he needs me?

There is nothing that can be compared to bringing her in. I will never forget standing in the lobby of the recovery facility. I heard the therapist talking to my son. He accidentally asked what medicine he had chosen. I heard him say, "HEROIN". She didn't hear this. Heroin is a stranger to me, a death sentence. I've heard my son say this for the first time 5 days before, but this time, it's stronger. It hurts my head, I think it will explode. My whole body was shaking, my eyes were water ...

I saw my son. He looks nervous, just like how he looked in the early years this morning when I left him at school. Except, this look is more complicated. She was out of sight, excited to meet her new friends and teachers. He doesn't wear new clothes or new tennis shoes. She was told to wear comfortable clothes. But, he looks a bit relieved. Relax, that he knew he was here ....

My husband & I stand and watch the therapist check his duffle bag. Looking for clarity, no drugs or alcohol. But also, no hair spray, laundry, cell phones, cigarette packs. When he calmly explained my son was living in rehab to us, I wanted to scream, "You know what? He's different from all the other kids that come here, he's got it, he's my son and he's going to be a success story." -she'll trust me ... I look straight into her eyes as she talks, wondering "Are you a mom? Do you realize what's happening to me? Do you care that I haven't slept in 5 days Does she know what Feeling like he was standing on your kid's bed while he was being detoxified from a very addictive drug? where is the hidden camera Tell me this is a cruel test of my mother's love passing with flying colors NOW Giving me SON SON BACK .......

Eleven months later, I have not only had my son, I have a vibrant and confident young man, determined to keep you out of his life - for TODAY, too .... One day at a time. This has been my personal motto. This is not to say that I don't care about the future or that I'm careless or irresponsible. What that means is, for today, I'll be the best person I can be. I won't judge others. I will love my husband and my 3 beautiful children for who they are. I will love myself for who I am. I will remind myself that I am human, that I will make mistakes and hope to learn from them. If it wasn't for you, I would still insist on uncontrollable things. Trying to "fix" others and not know myself as I do today. So, for that, I thank you. Isn't it funny? A few years ago, I hated you, despised you, I hated you for what you did to me as a child, how you made my sister seem nervous all the time, how you made my son unable to see anyone in in the eyes. Now, I thank you. It's amazing the time & knowledge that can be done to someone. I no longer try to control others and take care of myself — guilty too!

Hate is a common thing for your family members. It's easy to get mad at you. You've caused a lot of people pain and heartache. Holding anger only allows you to have POWER over my emotions. I won't let you have it. Anger is too much energy. It's annoying. I have found positive ways to use my energy. I take action; I learned about you, I volunteered for the Alliance on Drugs. I now say HEROIN, quite innocently, just like a therapist. I keep spreading the news about you and letting others know there is hope and help. I will not keep quiet or keep secrets. If I keep quiet, how can others learn from my experience? Isn't that the purpose of life? Sharing our experiences, our knowledge with others so they can learn from it too? Keeping it quiet will send my child the wrong message. He'll tell me I'm ashamed or ashamed of him. I don't want to do that. Most of the first year of recovery is spent eliminating the shame & guilt you feel. I need to let my son know that I forgive him too. He needs a clean pronunciation. I think of us all. I don't want to add to her "mental baggage of negativity". I want to help ease his guilt. Forgiveness really says - you hurt me. Please don't do it again. And, just because I forgive you, doesn't mean I trust you. I'm afraid to give you a chance to do it again. Forgive someone is afraid of being exposed again.

I'm on my way to recovery. It was a wonderful trip. Just as all trips can be loud or detoured along the way, I am no different. My family is rebuilding our foundation. You control my son like a tornado hitting our house. The 5 of us left standing, feeling alone, with no roof or walls to protect us. Each of us, slowly putting the bricks with the bricks back to our house. Slowly, but surely, we deal in our own way. There is more to life than fighting your existence. Peace is difficult. You paralyzed me emotionally. You caught me with my guard and as a worried mother I got my son the help he needed. I'm in survival mode. It made me so busy, so busy, my daughters felt abandoned. Feeling this way, creating hostility. I now know how important it is to be forgiven. I apologize for the absence of my emotions. It's hard when you apologize to someone and are really sorry for something, but that's not enough or enough. I can't change the past but I can learn from the past. Removing or relieving pain is a process and will take time. I keep praying that my daughter will forgive me soon. They're amazing young women with big hearts, so I'm waiting patiently.

This relationship is worth the wait of a lifetime for forgiveness ... My children are the center of my heart, they are precious people. I'm proud to be their mother. I'm so happy that I've learned to accept them because they're not what I think they should be.

You are still present in my life, always will be. But, right now, you are a powerful, positive, learning tool, to speak. Today, I will continue to strive to be the best person I can. You are my inspiration to help others.

That's for now, I'll get in touch.

PS I think I'll call the therapist and tell him, THIS DAY my son is a success story ...

How to Tea Dye

If you're looking for a little help on how to dye your tea, you've come to the right place. But first - why tea tea?

Sometimes I get up before dawn and I want to make Christmas dolls or jewelry NOW! I stayed at least 40 minutes from the nearest fabric store and they no longer opened. While I may not always have commercially dyed tea to make my rabbits and deer, I always have meters and yards of ordinary, non-convertible muslin so I can change the perfect color with tea coloring.

Other Reasons for Tea Coloring:

1. It's an easy and cheap way to get rid of fabrics that look too bright or too new.

2. It's a way of unifying unrelated fabric.

3. It's a way to make any fabric look older or more antique.

4. It can mask the small effect.

5. The tea coloring process is more forgiving than dead, though not predictable.

6. Tea coloring is non-toxic.

7. It does not irritate the skin.

8. It can be done in stages: dye, dry and if you are not satisfied with the result, remove it again or bleach it.

Tea Dye Quirks:

1. Tea coloring works only on natural fibers such as cotton, silk, linen, wool. It should also work on satin (silk yarn) and rayon. I have never tried it on rayon, but in general, rayon takes a very good dye.

2. It can be difficult to get a large cloth for tea coloring evenly. But personally, I like the delicate look and sometimes the uneven colors are perfect for the project at hand.

3. Tea-dead will not take white cloth for white, eggshell or eczema. It's a distinctive color - the shade of rusty brown - though it can be very bright.

4. A wonderful feature of dead tea is that if you are not happy with the color, you can let it sit longer (for darker and more intense results) or you can mix some bleach in a rinse to lighten or remove the color.

5. Once the tea coloring is set, it remains halfway down. This means that the color won't be easily washed, but it may come out when washed with a little bleach or "oxy-clean" product. Although I will not use tea coloring for t-shirts or other clothes that will be washed frequently, they are ideal for soft treats like dolls and blankets.

6. Do not confuse tea with tea coloring. Dead tea is when the item is submerged in a tea dye bath. Tea coloring is done using tea coloring with a cloth or paint brush.

7. The dyed tea textiles will be lighter than they appear when wet.

8.Matching one batch of muslin tea dipped into another is almost impossible. Make sure you do enough yardage to complete your project.

Dying Tea Instructions:

First, collect the necessary materials.

o Fabric or natural embroidered goods (gloves, lace, floss)

o Tea bags (orange pekoe or black pekoe) Use the cheapest tea bag you can find)

o Boiling water

o Glass or stainless steel container

It is a good habit to start any dead project by washing the item / yardage with a mild detergent and rinsing it in cold water. This ensures that the size is washed and will not prevent the item from taking the dye as evenly as possible. Let it sit in cold water as you make a dead tea mix.

Start with boiling water. The general rule of thumb is 4 cups of water for 1 page of cloth. When the water is boiling, remove from heat.

Add 2 tea bags for every 8 ounces of water. So for 4 cups of water, you need eight tea bags. It will create enough tea coloring to decorate one page of fabric.

Let the tea bag soak for 5 minutes. DON'T ADD TO EATING.

After taking, your tea coloring ingredients should be a very dark reddish brown. Take out the tea bag. Depending on the quality of the bag, you can gently squeeze it out to make the last bit of tea, but be careful not to break and replace the wet leaves in your tea.

Take a wet yardage and gently squeeze the excess. You do not want to add water until it melts the dye tea. Rub into the tea. For those who are dying, slowly move and rotate your fabric periodically. However, if you want your fabric to take uneven coloring to look more attractive, just leave it wrinkled and surrounded.

When you feel your fabric is dark enough, remove it from the dye mixture and rinse in cold water. During the rinsing process, many colors are damaged. The great thing about dead tea is that you can go ahead and drop back into the dye if you want it darker.

There are two ways to set colors.

1. Fill another container with fresh water. Make sure the container is large enough to hold the tea-dyed fabric. For each gallon of water, add ½ cup of white vinegar. Let your cloth sit in this mixture for about 15 minutes. Then rinse the cloth and press it dry.

2. When you get the color you want, place the cloth in the dryer set on the highest setting. When it is almost dry, remove it and remove it with a set of iron at the hottest temperature the fabric can handle.

There is only one caveat I've heard about dead tea: The amount of tannins in tea dyes can affect the fibers and they will deteriorate. Tannins should cut the fabric life span to 30-40 years.

Semi-Permanent & Permanent Make-Up Can Save You Time & Effort

Women want to look their best all the time, and it would be great if they could do it with the least amount of effort. By making a permanent half you can, as it stops you need to apply, reapply and remove makeup every day, and it will always look professional. Imagine a look that looks great, or step out of the bathroom, pool or gym, confident that your makeup is still there.

There are many reasons why people with permanent makeup are used:

  • Convenience. Some women have little time to wear cosmetics every day

  • Some women have sensitive skin or are allergic to conventional makeup

  • Aging changed; on the raised eyebrows, thin lips or dull eyes

  • It is difficult to apply if you have arthritis or a painful wrist

  • Women with vision problems or those wearing glasses or contact lenses

  • Women who have rare hair growth, or have hair loss due to illness or alopecia

  • Those with oily skin tend to shed makeup easily

Permanent make-up is a cosmetic treatment that carefully applies a permanent pigment to the skin's skin, through a form of cosmetic tattoo.

Pigments are:

A natural iron oxide.

It's hypoallergenic

No fragrances, emollients or other additives

Lip Liner and Lip Blush:

Liner treatment can emphasize, correct or define the lip and it can prevent lipstick bleeding.

Cleansing the color on the lips can make your lips look beautiful, giving it a soft and natural look. Lip coloration involves work along the lines of the lip, determining the shape before growing down and on the lips, to absorb pigment into your natural lip color.

Eyeliner / Lash Liner:

Will provide results that complement your natural features and will suit your eye color. The shape will be drawn before treatment, so you can see how the finished product will look. Whether it's a thinner line, clearer and clearer liners or maybe a splash of choice, it can add a nice look to this look.

Eyebrows:

Beautiful eyebrows, beautiful eyebrows can highlight the eyes, and frame the face, making it look more attractive. Different techniques can look different; from powder eyebrows, to micro blades, to HD scanners or even adding a little strand of hair to fill the eyebrow gap.

The results look very natural, make your features clearer and while they may vary from person to person, they usually last between 3-5 years and in some cases may take longer. At first, the pigment in the treatment area may look darker than you expect, but after a few days the color will light up to 30%.

There is usually some discomfort, but topical anesthetic cream can reduce any minor discomfort and promote relaxation. Most clients feel absolutely nothing during treatment, except for thorny sensations in the treated area.

Four Tattoo Tips For Top Notch Tattooing

The difference between a well-defined tattoo and a top-notch, three-dimensional art piece rests on the skill of the tattoo artist.

An expert tattooist knows how to use outline and shading to create artwork like life on the skin of a customer. The best tattoo artists know how to choose the right tool for the job, including the right tattoo and needle and ink machine.

They can find the perfect design for each customer and position it perfectly within the body.

Finally, they learned how to use a tattoo machine as an artist used a brush to create an artwork.

The best way to learn the art of tattooing is by an experienced professional tattoo artist. As an apprentice to an experienced tattooer, you will be given a tattoo tip that will help you gain the skills to create a 3-dimensional image of a tattoo that looks like living on the skin.

Here are 4 tattoo tips for beginners who want to learn the secrets of top notch tattooing.

Tattoo Tip # 1 - Choose the right design for the shade.

Some tattoo designs are more suitable for shade than others. Portraits of people and pictures of animals, flowers and skulls are good subjects for shadows, like fantasy creatures like dragons. The design is supposed to have some larger round elements that can be filled with colors to create the illusion of depth and shadow. Look through tattoo magazines and study designs that show the effective use of shading. Soon you will have a taste for which designs are shady and which are not.

Tattoo Tip # 2 - Use a tattoo machine.

One of the most important tattoo tips for top notch tattoos is to use a tattoo machine, also referred to as a tattoo gun. A skilled tattoo artist would never dream of using a shady tattoo design without a tattoo machine. The tattoo machine uses a set of needles to automatically inject ink into the correct depth of the skin. The machine is connected to an electric motor that quickly moves the needle up and down at speeds of 80 to 150 times per second. This fast needle movement allows the tattoo design shadows to be filled with ink quickly and evenly.

Tattoo Tip # 3 - Mix the tattoo ink.

Tattoos use ink in color from light to dark. Light colors of ink, often referred to as washing, can be made by mixing ink and sterile water. The more water you add, the easier it is to wash. One of the more useful tattoo tips for shading from a tattoo artist is to create a wash before time in the true color required for shadowed tattoos. This eliminates the need to stop and mix the ink while the tattoo is in use.

Tattoo Tip # 4 - Use a brush gun like a brush.

A set of needles called shaders is used to fill the tattooed design with shades. Needle shaders come in many shapes and sizes. Knowing when to use each type of shader is one of the more valuable tattoo tips to learn in apprenticeships.

Real tattoo tattoos are created by tapping the needle on the skin and using a tattoo gun like a paint brush.

Most tattooists first cover the skin with a thin layer of grease to smooth the needle all over the shaded area. For dark shading, the tattoo gun is transferred slowly across the skin and the ink is injected in depth. For lighter areas, the gun moves faster and the ink is injected less deeply.

Once the design area was injected with ink for shading, the tattoo artist wiped off the excess ink with a clean cloth. The finished effect can then be viewed and the tattoo artist can decide if more ink is needed.

If darker effects are needed, more ink is used. Lightening dark areas is more of a problem, as dark ink is injected into the skin permanently. This is why a skilled tattoo artist works closely to ensure that no shade is too dark. Some tattoo artists use white ink to lighten the dark areas of the tattoo and smooth the transition between different ink colors.
